Introduction
Since the biennial Conference of the ILA held in The Hague in 2010, the Committee (generally known by its acronym, MOCOMILA) has held four meetings: in Basseterre, St. Kitts (12-13 November 2010), New York, NY, USA (29-30 April 2011), Rome, Italy (22-23 September 2011), and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (7-8 January 2012).
