Introduction

Since the last Conference of the ILA, held in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2012, the Committee (generally known by its acronym, MOCOMILA) has held three meetings: in Lima, Peru (5-6 April 2013), Madrid, Spain (19-20 September 2013), and Frankfurt, Germany (15 November 2013).
